German pay-TV operator Sky Deutschland will produce the world’s first three-dimensional talk-show: The interview guest of the programme which will be recorded in Munich on 22 October will be Hollywood star Kiefer Sutherland (“24”, “Monsters vs. Aliens 3D”).
In front of an audience of 250 fans the actor will answer questions posed by talk-show host Jessica Kastrop in the so-called “Sky Lounge 3D“.
Sky will screen the programme on 20 November at 20.15 CET on its 3D channel Sky 3D. One week earlier, on 13 November at 20.15 CET, Sky 3D will broadcast the 3D movie “Monsters vs. Aliens” with Kiefer Sutherland.
The 3D channel, which shows movies, sports, documentaries and music concerts, can be received by all Sky HD subscribers in Germany and Austria via satellite and on Kabel BW’s cable network at no additional charge until the end of the year. In addition to the Sky HD box, viewers need a 3D television set with 3D glasses for reception.
